Hazard

My biggest threat in the wild is poaching. We are hunted a lot for meat. When there is danger, we warn each other by whistling and barking. We then all run in a different direction, into the dense bushes.

Like a boar

My name refers to the way I run when there is an alarm. Then I do not jump over bushes, as other deer do, but run with my head down (like a boar, that is) between the branches.
