Eindhoven Zoo Summer Evening Experience

Have you always wanted to come face to face with the animals in peace and quiet after closing time? You can do just that during the Eindhoven Zoo Summer Evening Experience! Accompanied by volunteers, you’ll visit various animals and enjoy exciting feeding sessions. What’s more, all proceeds go to the Wildlife Foundation. Eindhoven Zoo will make you laugh, enjoy yourself, have an adventure and be amazed.

Times

We look forward to welcoming you at reception from 6.00 pm. The Summer Evening Experience begins at 6.30 pm and runs until 8.30 pm. Afterwards, we’ll round off the evening with coffee, tea and soft drinks. The park closes at 9.00 pm.

Cost

The Summer Evening Experience costs €25 per person, including a parking ticket and the closing event. You can pay this amount online when booking. The Summer Evening Experience is available to anyone aged 12 and over and can also be booked if you do not have a season ticket or day pass.

Stichting Wildlife

All proceeds from the Summer Evening Experience will go to the Wildlife Foundation. With this donation, we are supporting the World Land Trust, an organisation dedicated, amongst other things, to the conservation of the Asian elephant in India. For example, the organisation has identified 88 corridors (safe passages between nature reserves) that are vital for elephants in India.

World Land Trust purchases these corridors and protects them. This allows animals to migrate safely from one area to another without coming into conflict with people. They do this in collaboration with local residents. For example, some villagers living in corridors are severely affected by elephants or tigers. In such cases, they are helped to relocate to areas where there is less risk of conflict. Projects are also funded to teach the local population how to manage the land sustainably.
