Wheelchair users
Eindhoven Zoo is wheelchair accessible. You may encounter the occasional slope because the landscape is adapted to the animals' habitat. Eindhoven Zoo has a few wheelchairs available. We advise you to book these in advance by calling 0492-668 240. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available in the entrance building and at De Waterplaats restaurant halfway along the route.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are admitted only if they are vaccinated. The walk-through area of the ring-tailed lemurs and red varieties is not open to dogs. Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times. Companions of assistance dogs may be asked to show identification.
Pets
No pets are allowed in the park. This is in connection with the safety of your pet and the animals in the park.
Trolleys
At Eindhoven Zoo, wagon hire is available. You can hire a wagon from the guest services desk, subject to availability. Hiring a wagon costs €5. You cannot reserve the wagon in advance. The deposit for the wagon is €50.
The wagon should be returned to the guest service after your day of adventure in Eindhoven Zoo.
FIRST AID
The reception desk is also an emergency post, in addition, there are several emergency officers in the park.There are two AEDs available in the park. You can find them at the guest services desk and at De Waterplaats.
Toilets
Eindhoven Zoo has three restroom facilities: in the entrance building, near the elephant playground, and halfway along the route at De Waterplaats restaurant.
Babies
All restroom facilities are equipped with a baby changing area. At Restaurant Smulrijk and De Waterplaats restaurant, there is a facility for warming up baby food.
Payment options
You can pay with cash, pin and Master, Visa and Maestro cards at guest services, in the catering outlets and in the souvenir shop.
Smoking
Eindhoven Zoo is a smoke-free park.
